Terms & Conditions

The online service is provided for the use of individual travellers and cannot be used for the booking of groups, stag/hen parties etc.  Please use the group enquiry form to be informed of availability for these types of bookings.  Multiple bookings from the same source will be deemed as a group and may be cancelled.
Bookings are not deemed as confirmed until the deposit is successfully charged to the credit card and the booking has been fully confirmed by the hotel. The deposit is non refundable once the booking has been confirmed. Cancellation is usually up to 48 hours (although this does vary depending on the hotel) prior to arrival without further penalty except in the case of Castle Hotels where cancellation policy can vary up to 14 days notice required. Please check with your selected hotel for more information. Cancellation within the above time periods will result in charges equivalent to the balance of the first nights accommodation fee.
Cancellations should be made in the first instance to ourselves by telephone and a cancellation number received.  No disputes will be entertained without this cancellation number.
